Magnesium Balm

Our Magnesium Balm is rich in trace minerals and MSM, a natural source of sulfur known to support joints, ease pain and inflammation, and promote overall comfort. Some users may experience mild sensitivity—if this occurs, we recommend trying a gentler option like our Herbal Bath Flakes.

Leave the balm on for 20 minutes to allow the magnesium to fully absorb. You may rinse or wipe it off afterward if desired, though rinsing isn’t necessary unless your skin feels uncomfortable from natural salt residue. Because of the balm’s high magnesium content, a tingling or stinging sensation can occur if you’re magnesium deficient. This typically lessens with continued use as your body adjusts.

For best results, apply to the stomach or bottoms of the feet.
