Directions

Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes to allow the herbs to fully infuse. Strain and enjoy . For a stronger infusion, use 1 tablespoon per cup and steep longer.

Makes approximately 15 cups of tea (depending on how strong you brew it)
