We source our tallow from a local, regenerative beef company that raises their animals on organic open pastures—hormone-free, antibiotic-free, grain-free, and GMO-free. Because every animal is unique, slight variations in texture or scent may occur between batches, but the recipe and beneficial properties always remain the same.
