Lemon balm is my favorite to use when I see tongues on little kiddos that are elongated and red, showing that there is heat, and excitement, of these people or kiddos have my hyper activity than others, lemon balm does wonders for them. I also love lemon balm as a nerving, to calm down and as a digestive aid to ease bloating and promote digestion!
