We source from a local beef company who regeneratively raises their beef on organic open pastures, they are hormone-free, antibiotic-free, grain-free, GMO-free. Their beef has no confinement and no grain byproducts. With this being said, no two cows are alike and there may be slight variations of textures and smell between batches of tallow.
